What if my child is a teenager—is it too late?

It is never too late to repair a relationship. The framework adapts to all ages, focusing on foundational connection principles that teenagers deeply crave, even if they show it differently.

How much time does this curriculum take?

We designed this for busy parents. You'll need about 30 minutes a week for the core lessons, plus 10-30 minutes a day for small, practical connection exercises.

Does my partner need to participate for this to work?

While it's wonderful if both parents participate, a single parent changing their approach shifts the entire family dynamic. You can absolutely lead this transformation on your own.

What if my child refuses to engage with me right now?

Our approach starts with how you show up, not how they respond. We teach you how to create a safe, non-pressured environment that naturally invites them to let their guard down over time.

Do I get personal support if I get stuck?

Yes. Every enrollment includes access to our private community, where you can ask questions, share wins, and receive guidance from our trained facilitators.
